芝麻曲奇


 




食譜源自【何肖烘焙教室】萬里機構
INGREDIENTS :
125g Margarine (我用左牛油)
60g caster sugar
1 egg (50g)
80g black sesame seed paste
180g soft flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

METHOD :
1) Sieve soft flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2) Cream margarine with sugar.
3) Add egg in small portions, then the sesame seed paste.
4) Add sieve flour & stir to combine. Rest in refrigerator  for at least 30 min.
5) Scale at 10g each, mould round and place on silpat, flatten a little bit with your palm.
6) Brush the surface with water, spread black and white  sesama seeds on surface.
7) Bake at 180C for approx.15 min. or until golden brown colour.
